FM: RBI extensively consulted on bonds

In a written reply to a question in Rajya Sabha, the FM said the committee of the central board (CCB) of RBI, in its meeting on October 11, 2017, indirectly agreed for electoral bonds to be issued if it was done only by State Bank of India (SBI).
